I am a General Certified Appraiser with 14 years of Alaskan experience, specializing in all types of commercial and residential rural and remote properties with limited access. I am an FAA private and fly my Cessna 206 and Piper PA-12 all over the state, with the ability and experience to appraise all types of properties. In addition, I perform many residential and commerical appraisals in the Anchorage, Mat-Su, and Kenai Peninsula areas. I am approved with all of the local lenders and many national lenders, and can provide references upon request.
